I've had several pieces of custom furniture built to my specifications. They started out only as an idea and John managed to make them exactly how I envisioned them. He has fine attention to detail and a very creative style, making suggestions as to how to make the pieces better. I plan to have John update several things around the house in the future as I completely trust his workman and dedication to quality.

All I need do was supply the measurements and what I was looking for. A “Country Living” magazine was to be the inspiration and measurements were supplied via the Internet! I wanted a new “old” bed, and asked John to paint it such that it looked like an antique bed. And to complicate things just a little more, I also asked him to use Milk Paint.
I can very proudly say that I have an incredible bed that makes a statement when you walk into our bedroom. It is beautiful – not only in the simplicity of the design that John adapted for our king-size bed, but also for the wonderful craftsmanship and detail that went into it the production of it.
The beauty of this piece of furniture calls for more pieces. We are hoping to have John finish nightstands and built in dressers for us, to match.
I am only too happy to recommend John Lammers as a very talented designer and craftsman.
